InfoMed HUG

InfoMed is a guidance app that allows you to self-assess your symptoms and determine whether you should:

• call 144
• consult the healthcare network (general practitioner, on-call doctor, pharmacy)
• go to the emergency room (adult, pediatric, gynecological/obstetric, or ophthalmic).

InfoMed offers the following services:

• advice on how to respond based on your symptoms
• real-time information on the number of people waiting in emergency rooms
• notification of your arrival to the emergency room staff.

The app is developed by the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) in collaboration with partners in the Geneva healthcare network.
